    This seems to be really big amongst sprinters right now. A few Uk guys have made the switch to Bobsled are are doing well. Smart move really as you get funding from it.

    The exercise are good but I feel are done too slow. I remember Charlie saying that reps are done quick hence the large rep numbers done. I've heard pro's and con's from both side..i personally mix...
