Who's running the S&C, a Radcliffe protege? I'm assuming Radcliffe stayed at Oregon since he's been there through 4 or whatever coaching changes.
1 minute of video is pretty much worthless when trying to determine the overall picture, but from these videos there sure are a lot of cones on the track:

The school has Sunday practice? So the track workouts are light as you say but they do explosive box jumps on the weekends?
From what I've heard Tellez had a huge influence with a lot of their coaches. Lots of technique work (Tellez biomechanical model), little to no weights. There might be a short thread on here...
RB- Are you doing any Olympic lifts or dynamic lifts with that group?
Fascinating! Thanks PJ. Really interesting to see the old and really old methods (or lack of in some cases!). It seems that some aspects of sprint training have taken a step backward while other...
Hopefully he'll be smarter this year and not open with a 150m/200m street race off of no speed work.
Is there a pool? If so, pool sprints could be an option. See if the hotel has fire access stairs, that can be an out of the guests way place you could do short stair sprints and hops.
I'd start with Charlie Francis Training System e-book and the GPP DVD. Between those two you'll have enough theory (CFTS) and practical (GPP) to keep you busy for awhile and set a good foundation.
Hulse talks about athletes having lordosis due to over-developed quads but then recommends an exercise that emphasizes the quads? Greater hip flexibility, more ankle flexion, more upright posture,...
Nice to see. He had a ton of raw talent, if he would have stuck with Mike or Charlie I think he could have had a career like Ryan Bailey. Those two remind me of each other.
Wasn't Dallas on the...
Strengthpowerspeed (run by NumberTwo from this site) has some good units.

In part 2 around 3 minutes she mentions how all they've been doing are beach runs and park hill workouts, they haven't been on the track yet and won't start for another week or something. Makes sense...
It's the old adage "Give a man a fish, feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish, feed him for a lifetime". Lots of people just want a fish, and there's a market for that especially at the high school...
Where are you located?
I think Nike is behind a lot of this. The athletes that staged the Rule 40 "protest" on Twitter during the games were all (to my knowledge) Nike sponsored. Nike also found a way to create recognition...

Mills is a great coach because he doesn't ruin talented athletes. Yes, he has great talent to work with but so do others. How many All-American high school athletes have been ruined by the US...
^^^ That's straight up Bud Winter form, he taught 30 degree forward lean. From what I understand Mills' was largely influenced by Winter.

Jermaine Gonzales
Daniel Bailey
Mario Forsythe
Jason Young (19.86!)
Rosemarie Whyte
Schillonie Calvert
Just to name a few. Looking at the full club...
I like JA's handoffs better. I also don't like subbing in too many legs, Bailey and Gay subbing vs. just Bolt in the easiest spot- anchor (although I think he runs the best corner in the world right...
^^^ Spearmon third.
If Blake and Bolt weren't in the same camp I think Blake would win. But Bolt trains with him and knows how hungry he is and what he's capable of, Bolt isn't going to let Blake...
After seeing Blake looking reeeeal good in the semis Bolt will dig deep and run the corner like the finals in 2008. He'll come off the corner 4m ahead of Blake who is 2m ahead of Spearmon. Blake then...
Follow up your bench with weighted pull-ups. Strapping on a good amount of weight then pumping out reps usually shuts up the huge guys with poor power-to-weight ratios.
