    Wind readings are and always have been a joke. The depth of talent in the NCAA is devastating these days especially in sprints.

    I just meant that there seem to be many similarities. Waldemar is hard to get a hold of so if you want to learn that style of therapy, Trager is the keyword I would gravitate to.

    Do you find cupping effective? Meaning more effective than work with the hands (on your legs for example)?

    There is a cheaper "personal" version coming "soon". I think in the range of $1000. We use them and have seen positive results (kids love it) though I've never tried it on myself.
