Wind readings are and always have been a joke. The depth of talent in the NCAA is devastating these days especially in sprints.

Not to mention the women. A bunch of 10.9x-11.0x. You basically need to destroy the A standard to make finals.
Eugene track isn't fast, right? :)
Highly valuable. Thanks!
I just meant that there seem to be many similarities. Waldemar is hard to get a hold of so if you want to learn that style of therapy, Trager is the keyword I would gravitate to.
I thought he left Mike the first and same year he ran 6.10 in the 55 and got 2nd at Arkansas indoor in the 200 from a bad lane...

Why even lift?
Of course.
Possibly meniscus. Get someone to check that if possible.
I am continually amazed how taking 7 steps to the first hurdle is seen as such an revolutionary idea...

Pioneer, is the Bondarchuk book Periodization book any good? Why is it 2 volumes?
Interesting.

Still, in breaking down Bolt's 20-meter splits, ESPN track reporter...
Do you find cupping effective? Meaning more effective than work with the hands (on your legs for example)?
I don't think the current generation of track fans are going to care if Bolt rips Lewis anyway.
That guy looks legit.
Hornblower, these bruises. Tissue will return to normal color in 15min... right :)
I would take Spearmon to 3rd. I am pretty sure Bolt will win but not -475 sure.
Who are the top online athletes?
Who the hell made this list? Top online coaches...give me a break!
Asafa has no chance. If he medals, I will pass out.
All he had to do was run the A standard...
Need video :)
There is a cheaper "personal" version coming "soon". I think in the range of $1000. We use them and have seen positive results (kids love it) though I've never tried it on myself.
edit: actually...
It's nice to see them running through the line too for once (or twice!).
Edited his material? How so? Like a new version of his sprint/hurdle manual? It would be nice if he were easier to contact...
