How do you guys warm-up with jogging?
There are many different versions out there. To list some of them:
- "stride outs"?
- 100m run, 100m walk, 100m run, 100 walk, ...
- 1 mile countinuous run...

I couldn't agree more Boldwarrior! Also he looked quite shocked after 9,90 semifinal run as he saw that he does not have much left for the final.
In my experience they're a good thing. Soreness will disappear soon once you get used to it.
I really hope he won't defend the title in 100m. He is just so loud and annoying. It's a pity Tyson Gay is injured. I think he could win 100m as when the pressure is on Bolt (when he's not in shape)...
Nonsense, there are usually no weights in the warm-up facilities...

I think your plan is fine, just be flexible and consistent. Do you intend to introduce some hills?

If I remember correctly somewhere around 2 min. The rest usually represents 200m of walking or jogging between runs...

How much would be an appropriate dose before the 200m race? What about the timing? 45 minutes before the race? Can I take it together with caffeine.

Be careful though, as GPS senzors aren't a good choice for sprinters as they detect fast movement (during acceleration for example) quite "late" and aren't appropriate for running
around the curve...
