I was just wondering if you where to undertake 3 months of resistance training in Off Season as mentioned in the article. And then continue lifting at a reduced volume once or twice a week would this have the some effect of 'Overshoot' as mentioned in the article.
If so how long should you stop weight training before a desired peak?
Would it perhaps be more effective to stop weight training completley as mentioned in the article?
I ask because i wish to be peaking through the most part of december and im not sure whether to keep lifting for the next 2 weeks and then stop or just stop now and trust that the work that i did in Pre-Season will carry me through?
