Okkk I raced... =P (yesterday). It was the first (and only available) race I could have run before our July 14th Clubs' Championships, unfortunately on a 350m track, and Unfortunately in lane 1.. but it's ok =) The first one is out of the way, with a 61.something (I haven't even checked official results yet - can't find them..)
But I was feeling so tired at the beginning of the race, and the race felt so 'effortful' from the first 100m even, that I think the next one will be wayy better.!
p.s. recent trainings that kind of show that I could have done better:
(going backwards):
Saturday: 6x200s w/2' rests @30" all
Wednesday: 3x300 w/5.30'rests @ 45,46,48
Monday: 500-300-200, w/4.30' rests @ 1:21, 46, 29
It's very important to have a race out of the way after a year and a half out of competitions, so don't draw too many conclusions from yesterday. Insist more on quality and race pace.

As far as I can recall, I haven't raced since December '10, so we are kind of in the same boat...
