I noticed that as well. A combination of the headwind and this side to side strides seemed to have affected his stride length to where he ended up taking one extra stride over the full 100m (46 knee rises from blocks to 100m) compared to his 2008 normal overall stride length over 100m(45 knee rises from blocks to 100m).

whereas in monaco 9.82 and lausanne 9.72 it was 45 knee rises from blocks to 100m.
