    The Fastest Man in Iraq (Q-West) Video

    This race was hyped mainly because of trash talking that started during a flag football game. Having ran track for a few years, I have noticed that my form has gone down the drain...I guess from wearing over 60lbs of gear and walking and running with that stuff on will do it to ya.....

    Oh yeah, I dont normally talk trash while running...lol
