How much stretching is to far?

I need to increase my Stride but, i also

know if you stretch to far you can throw

off your center alignment. With would

cause you to lose power in your steps.

    First,
Check the threads on the old forum under Biomechanics. You can find a wealth of information there.
I dont remember the thread being discussed recently, but this question is similar to one posted a few days ago. Stride is variable to athlete and can be affected by weakness, tightness, pressing, etc.
It seems a cliche, but can you link a video of your sprints, so we can make better judgements? thanks
