Medicine Ball workout for Speed Training


This  22 minutes of real time medicine ball workout provides a window into some of the exercises Master Sprint Coach Charlie Francis and former Canadian National Team 100m Hurdler, Coach Ange Coon used for teaching and coaching coaches and athletes at the development and elite levels of sport. 

One of the biggest mistakes when using a medicine ball = people choose a ball that is too heavy to begin. 

Why is too heavy bad? = Mobility is important for any sport and first you want to adapt to the exercise within your existing training and progress the weight of the med ball over time. ( think months, not days or minutes. ;)
